Terms of Service

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old.

• No illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content.
• Don't violate the terms of connected platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Don't attempt to attack, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Don't impersonate others or misuse AI to spam or mislead.

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it solely to operate the Service (including AI generation and publishing to platforms you connect).

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. Pulse+ makes no warranty regarding AI output.

The Service integrates with third parties (social platforms, AI providers, stock media APIs). Their terms apply to your use of those services, and we're not responsible for their actions.

Paid plans, if any, are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE+ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
