This page is maintained by the PulsePlusSocial team to answer common privacy questions about the PulsePlusSocial application. It is not a certification or independent audit.
1. What we collect
- Account info: email, name, authentication identifiers.
- Workspace content: brands, sources, prompts, drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and connected social accounts.
- Usage data: in-app actions, error logs, and performance metrics used to operate the service.
- Third-party tokens you authorize (e.g. YouTube, social platforms) stored to publish on your behalf.
2. How we use your data
- Provide the core PulsePlusSocial features: discovery, drafting, scheduling, publishing.
- Generate AI content using prompts and context you supply.
- Protect the service, debug issues, and improve reliability.
- Send service notifications and digest emails you've opted into.
3. Subprocessors & integrations
We rely on third parties to deliver the service, including cloud hosting, database/auth, AI model providers, stock media APIs, and social publishing APIs. They process your data only as needed to deliver requested features.
4. Storage & retention
Your workspace data persists until you delete it or close your account. Logs and operational metrics are retained for a limited period for debugging and abuse prevention.
5. Your choices
- Disconnect any social account at any time from Connections.
- Delete content, media, or your entire workspace.
- Request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
6. Security
Access is protected by authentication and row-level authorization. Secrets and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
7. Children
PulsePlusSocial is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
